All this is published in the "Handbook of Social Media Management. Value Chain and Business Models in Changing Media Markets", edited by Mike Friedrichsen and Wolfgang Mühl-Bennighaus. The book with almost 900 pages will be published in 2013 by Springer Wissenschaftsverlag and is part of the Series "Media Business and Innovation".
